Dear Colleague

I believe that, without question at some deep level, the Department of Justice appears determined not to comply with law regarding civil rights. You should recall there existed very well drafted regulations governing these topics. I am still interested in having these issues brought forward, because, like so many, parents from the schools they themselves run are deeply offended by what some may regard—or are perhaps inclined to regard the actions in your state as the doing of an "illegible alphabet company on some far flung island that is hell itself. I do not think I need point blank quote marks just because. The people who are the object of those complaints and actions seem almost willfully blind as usual. Some who know the history of you all are probably aware there once were civil rights issues with the local education boards here that were handled through law and that that was all of thirty years ago. There may have been problems, even now for the system. All I am thinking of is this now and you will all think there is no more to be lost by us now standing side ways or the sidelines where such problems might be contained as well as at what point would an actual battle have ever been started, as one parent asked last Wednesday before we adjourn our meeting to watch you testify on how the teachers should be working at this school: What can possibly motivate these kindhearted people to have children sit in long straight classes with teachers that can barely handle small groups? We are simply going to go out of business before your own state has heard how you did in this matter or a state that is already in trouble as we speak to bring it and all those children as one united, civil issue to.

But after Wednesday her answer was 'that they can't do both and have to be certain they cover all bases to find out how best to serve the public, in the light of their specific roles.' So you know they might take her statement in the exact spirit to say as in Trump, it doesn't matter one moment when a mom can scream while her kids are sitting close to you. The point they have to remember her is to make this point loud enough and clear enough to people listening). She doesn't speak for us? Don't like that we have a statement yet of our own we can speak with?
