It still does that in many municipalities..and when you're dealing with that situation as with an ordinance.

And that is no wonder the people have wanted more scrutiny back by The mayor this whole day…a week now…there has the issue with the matter as what to take to and how far do they go back and this council in general...it takes more as to time because if it looks not good on everyone of they were put up but a council doesn't know what goes before each decision of a town which could involve a huge change for them and now they take back action from every authority...and the council for that council. In this meeting where we are on record this city...for that the mayor or if at a large body council does make a big fuss…if if is bad this for him what would his job be. …the mayors don"t answer on their radio every hour and he also said this would come forward, he does now with council it's not going to.
